About The Author

Bookish Balls was founded by our Alisa Civiero. A corporate event planner by day, bookish girl by night. Alisa wanted to combine her love of all things fantasy and books to create events for her fellow bookish folk. After noticing balls popping up in the UK and US, Alisa decided it was high time Toronto had one of their own to showcase our amazing city.

Bookish Balls is all about giving fantasy lovers a chance to live their wildest dreams. It was my greatest dream to give others a pathway to step into the worlds of their imaginations.
